At FUJIWAH, we strive to ensure every customer has a pleasant experience, from your first visit to our online store, to entering our physical store, and completing your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. This is why we offer a full exchange or return plan within the first 7 days after delivery.
For Returns
Please contact our customer service department within seven (7) days of delivery at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization number.
Unopened Product Return Policy
- Returns of unopened, new products are subject to a 20% restocking fee (less applicable shipping charges).
- Opened, damaged, scratched, or assembled products are not eligible for returns.
- All returns are subject to inspection upon return.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Customers must provide insurance for all returns.
- FUJIWAH will not handle returns for damaged items received without insurance.
Opened Product Return Policy
- Returns of opened products are subject to a 35% restocking fee (less applicable shipping charges).
- All products must be returned in their original packaging with all components included.
- If you have requested assembly services or do not have the original packaging, you are still responsible for obtaining the original packaging.
- All returns are subject to inspection upon return.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Customers must provide insurance for all returns.
- FUJIWAH will not be responsible for damaged goods received without insurance, and the customer must file a claim with their shipping company.
Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance items
- Floor models
- Discounted items
- Modified, altered, or used items
Additional Disclosure: Customers are responsible for measuring their space and ensuring that the furniture fits through all doorways, stairways, elevators, and entrances. Any exchanges or returns are subject to the standard return policy and/or additional return shipping fees.
Cancellation Request Policy
- Orders canceled within 48 hours will incur no additional fees.
- Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, rerouted, or redirected. Please refer to our standard return policy.
Special Orders Return/Cancellation Policy
- Special orders are non-returnable, without exception.
- If a customer chooses to cancel a special order, their deposit will be forfeited.
Special Orders and Delivery Delays
- We strive to avoid delays, but if they occur, please don’t worry! Our beautiful goods come from global partners, and sometimes things beyond our control happen. We will keep you informed of any changes.
- FUJIWAH is not responsible for general stock replenishment delays.
- Special orders are not eligible for refunds or credits due to delivery delays. Please refer to the special orders return/cancellation policy.
Refund Process
- Once returned items arrive at our warehouse, they will be inspected to ensure they are in brand-new condition.
- Items returned in brand-new condition with original packaging are subject to return shipping fees (if applicable), which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Items returned brand-new but without original packaging will be subject to up to a 35% restocking fee and return shipping fees (if applicable), which will be deducted from the refund.
- No refunds will be issued for items damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the same as our standard shipping fees.
- Original shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days after we inspect the returned goods.

Order Receipt Policy
- Upon delivery, the carrier will provide you with a receipt and a bill of lading.
